We believe our ready made curtains and blinds are the very best you can buy; in fact, we are so confident of the workmanship put into our curtains that we provide all of our Made to Measure customers with a 5-year guarantee.

The following conditions apply,

• The curtains, blinds, or soft furnishings must be used for intended purpose
• Products which have undergone alterations from another company other than ourselves are not covered
• The curtains, blinds and soft furnishings are for use indoors only
• You must follow our maintenance and fitting instructions
• Exposure to the elements, such as sun fading and damp damage, would not be covered
• The curtains and blinds are for domestic use unless ordered via our trade team and treated according for commercial settings to British Safety Standards
• Normal wear and tear are not covered
• Fading is excluded after 1 year
• Washing of any soft furnishing voids guarantee

Please note our roman blind track systems come with a 12 month guarantee.
